The truck lifting platform is a state-of-the-art, multi-ram system with two lifting units, one of which is movable. It is supplied as a pre-assembled plug & play complete solution in an installation cassette and already tested, allowing for quick and straightforward commissioning.

Design and Safety
The telescopic lifting units feature extremely high bending and torsional resistance, compliant with EN 1493. This is achieved by using innovative square SQUARE rams. The square rams are twist-proof and feature a durable, low-friction special nickel coating, minimizing maintenance and prolonging service life. The internally housed dual-hydraulic cylinder safety system provides additional stability and protection. The entire ram guidance system is designed to be resistant and low-maintenance. Operational safety is ensured by two separate hydraulic circuits as well as electronic pressure and leak monitoring.

Operation and Control
The lift is operated via a portable control unit with touchscreen, which clearly displays all relevant information and data. Electronic synchronization control ensures uniform lifting of the vehicle regardless of pick-up points. A signal lamp supports safe raising and lowering. In case of power failure, a battery-operated emergency lowering function is integrated.

Equipment and Flexibility
The platform features a highly robust drive-over cover made from aluminum profile segments with a non-slip surface. It can be driven over with wheel loads up to 7,000 kg and has a width of 930 mm. The flexible plug-in adapter system allows for the accommodation of very wide and low-profile vehicles. A CE-compliant anti-crush and shear zone safety device provides added protection.
