The hydrostatic transmission is designed to power both the suction fan and the vehicle itself. A switch controls variable pumps and motors to achieve the required performance. The output shaft of the hydrostatic transmission drives two motors fitted to the transmission. When the hydrostatic system is activated, all power is transmitted hydraulically. The pumps for vehicle drive and the fan motor are managed by the HTC unit, consisting of a computer with a display in the driver’s cab. The HTC system automatically adjusts engine speed and hydraulic pressure for optimum performance. The computer also monitors all oil pressures, oil temperatures, and RPMs to ensure they remain within specified ranges.
