Subframe:

Fixed 1,000 mm high steel front wall, with 2 round lashing rings inside and one on each side halfway up. Fixed corner stanchions with bottom-mounted locks. Rear and side walls (one-piece along the entire length) made of aluminium hollow sections, side walls foldable and pendulum-mounted with tailgate lifting aid. Rear tailgate also foldable and pendulum-mounted, with central locking integrated into the tipper profile. Floor plate made of 4 mm Hardox or Naxtra, neatly welded to the tipper profile and the longitudinal and cross beams. Press beam and tipping arms recessed and reinforced in the longitudinal beams. Lashing points (4 per side) evenly distributed externally along the tipper floor. Steel construction in St 52-3 quality. All steel parts sandblasted, superstructure parts painted or powder-coated in RAL 9016 (white) single-color.
