Wall Structure: ADP Composite Panel (8 mm Precast Concrete Board + 5 cm EPS Insulation + 8 mm Precast Concrete Board). Provides superior thermal and acoustic insulation compared to standard panels.

Roof: 5 cm EPS insulation + Trapezoidal metal sheet.

Flooring: Easy-to-clean, high-durability industrial PVC coating.
Windows (Standard): * Long side: Double-glazed, Anthracite PVC sliding window.
Short side: Double-glazed, Anthracite PVC tilt-and-turn (top-opening) window.
Door (Standard): Double-glazed, high-durability Anthracite PVC door.

Insulation Upgrades: 8 cm or 10 cm thick Sandwich Panels with Polyurethane (PU) or Rockwool filling.
Roof Upgrades: 8 cm or 10 cm thick high-insulation Polyurethane (PU) panels.
Joinery Customization: Windows and doors can be configured with different sizes, opening mechanisms, materials (aluminum/steel), and custom RAL colors.
Additional Equipment: 2000W Wall-mounted heater, Air Conditioning (AC) unit, integrated WC, and shower units.
4. LOGISTICS, CUSTOMS & DELIVERY
Production Origin: Turkey (Direct shipment from our high-tech manufacturing facility).
Shipping Condition: Delivered fully assembled as standard. Can be shipped as a flat-pack (kit) upon request (assembly is the buyer's responsibility).
Customs: All customs clearance for EU countries is fully handled by VASG KFT; the buyer is not burdened with customs procedures.
Unloading: Unloading at the delivery site (Crane or forklift required, approx. weight 900 kg) is the customer's responsibility.
Note: Standard lifting hooks are located at the roof corners. Forklift pockets are available as an option.

5. PAYMENT TERMS & PRICING
Invoicing: Official invoicing is issued via our European headquarters, VASG KFT (Hungary).

B2B (Corporate): 50% upon order (Proforma invoice), 50% prior to shipment.

B2C (Private Customers): 100% advance payment upon order.
