Standard equipment sweeper

Controls: Main control panel mounted in the center of the cab with JVM for displaying information on a wide range of sweeper functions, plus download capability for recorded data. The JVM screen can also display images from up to four cameras. A separate control console with palm rest is mounted on the door side for controlling main sweeping functions.

Suction blower: Variable suction speed from 1,800 rpm up to 3,500 rpm, allowing adaptation to different operating conditions. V65t: Higher gear ratio: 1.79:1.

Disc brush (gutter brush): Quick-change brush system with variable sweeping speed up to 160 rpm, controllable from the cab. Highly visible signal yellow brush disc and hose guide.

Suction mouth: Suction mouth made of cast aluminum with 250 mm inlet diameter and tool-free adjustment.

Dust suppression system: Spray nozzles for dust binding are located at the suction nozzle(s), disc brushes, and along the front of the vehicle. “Pressadrain” water recycling system. EUnited 4-star certificate according to PM10.

Electrics: 24V. All external wiring harness connectors comply with IP67 protection standards.

External noise / sound power level: LWA 108 dB(A) for standard power engines, measured according to EC Directive 2000/14/EC. LWA 112 dB(A) for high-performance engines, measured according to EC Directive 2000/14/EC.

Sweeping debris container: The unit consists of a debris container and integrated water tank. Manufactured from highly durable stainless steel. Watertight rear door locking system with safety lock and drainage function. Two side maintenance doors and side storage compartments. A water filter allows the use of the debris container as a large water tank for street washing. Rear discharge flap, automatic multi-stage container support, two protected rear beacons, and LED work lights are included as standard. Container volume 6.5 m³. Tipping angle 54° (nominal); door opening angle 125° (nominal).

Water tank: The tank, equipped with anti-slosh features, can be filled via a Type 'A' hydrant. The double-diaphragm pump is suitable for continuous operation and even for dry running. Water volume 1,545 l (optional 2,000 l).

Exhaust hood: Smooth-surface exhaust hood is lined with frequency-specific sound insulation.

Brushes: Roller brush Ø 406 mm; roller brush width 1,275 mm; suction mouth width 750 mm; disc brush 500 mm (optional Ø 650 mm).
